Orange County alone releases around 50,000 people back to our communities each year in need of services and support.
Having a quality full-time job drastically reduces recidivism and saves tax-payers millions of dollars each year.
To help keep up with the need in the community, HIRE has launched Barriers to the Boardroom, helping to lead people from the numerous barriers they have after incarceration to be future community leaders.
